The Siblings – April 2016

Hello all! I have been quiet on the blogging front which I feel will be a good time to use a quote from Finding Nemo.  

I have been caught up editing The Siblings and ensuring everything was in check for the time I sent out to those wonderful advanced copy readers. I thank you for doing so.

I have also been caught up having another once over in case I have missed anything…I don’t think I will stop panicking until release date. Talking of release date, I will have an update on the exact date later this week. 

A cover has been set and I may have another tinker but all looks as good as it will get for the time being. I will also have a cover reveal later this week or start of next. It isn’t a huge reveal but looking forward to showing all the first cover it will have.

As I feel ashamed for neglecting this blog, I will look to post a few shorts and maybe other little things over the weeks. At the beginning of April will be the return of the Professor Hokum and Evie series. I look forward to returning to the story. 

Reading wise I am currently working through a few novels and will update you on them once they are completed. They are wonderful reads so can’t wait to review.

  1. Congratulations! I can’t comment on your neglecting your blog, I’ve gone really quiet as I’m prepping the book releases in July. I bet you’re really excited for his, I hope you have a few creme eggs to celebrate with! 😀

  2. I’m excited for Evie to return, and I’m excited for the cover reveal! I’ll be marking the release date as soon as we’ve got one 🙂 I’m sure your advanced readers will love it! I take it I volunteered too late? ^^

      1. Thank you for my copy ❤ I haven't started reading yet but I'll take it to work with me from tomorrow 🙂 I'm still reading A Gathering of Shadows and don't usually read two books at a time, but I'm tempted to make an exception 🙂

  3. So many exciting things coming up! 😉 I’m loving The Siblings and am debating crawling into a hole and hiding so I can finish it! Your DM might start blowing up with a few GIF reactions soon. Consider this your official warning ;p
    I’m super excited for Evie’s and the Professor’s return!
    Also, can’t wait for you to start posting more as I love hearing what you have to say, although I can’t be upset for your silence because now I have my novel…erm, I mean your novel ;D

  5. If you’ve been neglecting your blog, I must have abandoned WordPress completely 😛 No worries. It’s tough to stay on top of everything when you’re working on your novel. That’s the priority though. I’ve been so wound up in mine I haven’t had the chance to jump into Siblings yet and I am so frustrated!! It keeps tempting me and I keep having to restrain myself & focus in on my WIP. But this week I will be journeying into your wonderful story. And I cannot wait for the moment when I do 🙂
    And I can’t wait for more Evie and Hokum in the future! All your stories are so wonderful and captivating. They are a joy to dive into 🙂

      Priorities definitely should come first with what you want to accomplish and I hope that everything is going well on your WIP!
